On futures contracts why is it best to use the continuous contract with the TriggerCharts Indicators? *IMPORTANT*

Using the continuous futures contracts or those beginning with the “@” symbol provide a longer history on price and volume which is used by the TriggerCharts algorithm to produce the indicators. Utilizing front or other month futures contracts for technical analysis does not provide enough data for accurate indicators.

Examples of Generic symbols include @ES (e-Mini S&P 500 Contract), @NQ (e-Mini NASDAQ 100 Contract), @GC (Gold Contract), @TY (10 Yr U.S. Treasury Note Contract).
